However, actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to screen settings, photography lighting, or manufacturing variations. Such minor variations shall not be considered a defect or misrepresentation.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%), comprising 9% CGST and 9% SGST. The complete GST breakdown is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are additional and clearly displayed in the order summary before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹799. Orders below ₹799 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹69.

Currently accepted payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the full order amount to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order on Furry Joy constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation (via email or on-screen) with a unique order number (format: FJ followed by date and sequence).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of: pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery to non-serviceable pincodes, or incomplete/incorrect order information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India, subject to pincode serviceability verified during checkout. Standard delivery timelines are 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to conditions detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return process after delivery.
