How do I place an order?
Browse our categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose Cash on Delivery as payment, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation with your order number. No account registration is required -- we support guest checkout for quick and easy ordering.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number along with your registered phone number. You'll see real-time status updates from order placed to delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number and courier link will be available.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us at info@furryjoy.store or call +91 9063113563 with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, Furry Joy supports guest checkout. You simply fill in your contact details and shipping address during checkout. Your order can be tracked using the order number and phone number provided.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹799, a flat shipping fee of ₹69 is applied. Shipping charges are clearly displayed in your cart and checkout summary before you place the order.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations within India. Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and may vary during peak seasons or holidays. You will receive tracking updates once your order is dispatched.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
We deliver across India. During checkout, enter your 6-digit pincode and the system will automatically verify if delivery is available to your area. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing the order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number at info@furryjoy.store. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank details you provide. You will be notified via email/SMS at each stage of the refund process.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: opened pet food and treats, used grooming products, personalised or customised items, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page. Damaged or defective items in these categories can still be reported for replacement.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India. UPI payment options are being added soon. All prices are displayed inclusive of 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST), so what you see is what you pay -- no hidden charges.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices on Furry Joy are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). A complete GST breakdown (CGST 9% + SGST 9%) is shown at checkout before you place your order. The total payable amount displayed is the final amount with no additional taxes.
Products
Are your products genuine and safe for pets?
Absolutely. We source quality products and ensure they meet safety standards for pets. Each product listing includes detailed descriptions, materials used, and suitability information. If you have concerns about a specific product, please contact our team before purchasing.
How do I choose the right size for pet clothes and collars?
Each product with size variants includes a sizing guide in the product description. Measure your pet's neck circumference for collars and chest/length for clothing. When in doubt, choose one size larger for comfort. If the size doesn't fit, you can return it within our 7-day return window.
Product images look different from what I received. What should I do?
While we strive for accurate product photography, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. If you believe the product received is significantly different from what was listed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
