1. Shipping Coverage

Furry Joy delivers across India to all serviceable pincodes. Delivery availability is verified during checkout through our pincode validation system. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing the order.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. The total amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount inclusive of all charges.

GST Note: All product prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of 18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST). No additional tax will be charged at checkout. GST breakdown is displayed in the order summary.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of order confirmation (not from the date the order was placed). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, logistics partner delays, address-related issues, government restrictions, or high-demand periods (festivals, sales events). We will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Order Processing

After you place an order, here is the typical processing flow:

  • Order Placed: You receive an order confirmation via email with your order number (e.g., FJ20250207XXXX)
  • Order Confirmed: Our team verifies and confirms your order (typically within 24-48 hours)
  • Order Processing: Products are picked, quality-checked, and carefully packed
  • Order Shipped: Your order is handed over to our logistics partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if available)
  • Out for Delivery: The logistics partner attempts delivery at your provided address
  • Delivered: Order delivered and marked as complete

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the following methods:

  • Track Order Page: Visit furryjoy.store/track-order.php and enter your order number and registered phone number
  • Tracking Link: If a tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email, you can click it to view real-time shipment status on the courier partner's website
  • Contact Us: Email info@furryjoy.store or call +91 9063113563 with your order number for updates

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after the shipping confirmation is sent.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • For prepaid orders: A full refund will be initiated after the returned package is received by us
  • For COD orders: No charges apply since payment was not collected

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number provided during checkout are accurate and reachable to avoid failed deliveries.

7. Delivery Address

  • We deliver to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your address, pincode, city, and state before placing the order.
  • Address changes after order confirmation may not be possible once the order has been handed over to the logistics partner.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • For apartment complexes, gated communities, or offices, please include complete details (building name, floor, unit number, landmark) to avoid delivery issues.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Refuse the delivery if visible damage is evident before opening
  • If you discover damage after opening, take clear photographs of the packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@furryjoy.store with photographs and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy

If your order shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate with our logistics partner.

9. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at the time of delivery. Available for all serviceable pincodes.
  • UPI Payments: Pay online via UPI before delivery (subject to availability; may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance).

The final payable amount (including shipping charges and GST) is clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

10. Special Circumstances

  • Festival / Sale Periods: During high-demand periods, delivery timelines may be extended by 2-4 additional business days. We will communicate any such delays.
  • Force Majeure: Delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government orders, pandemics) are not covered by our standard delivery guarantees.
  • Restricted Areas: Some remote locations may have limited courier access. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
